DEPOSIT PAYMENT METHODS

 

To confirm your booking we require a 25% deposit which may be paid in the following ways:

 

1. Credit card using PayPal

   This is secure online payment via PayPal with whom our account has been verified.

 

2. International bank transfer

   We will send you our bank account details for you to arrange an international transfer.

 

3. UK BACS transfer

   This is for UK customers wishing to pay in sterling. We will send you our UK bank details for a UK BACS transfer (The exchange rate that will apply will be the bank rate notified to you at the time we process your reservation).

 

4. UK cheque.

   Cheque payments will incur some time to clear before we are able to confirm your booking.

 

5. Euro cheque.

   A cheque in euros will also take some time to clear (typically 15 working       days).

BALANCE PAYMENT METHODS

 

You may choose to make your remaining 75% holiday balance in the following ways:

 

1. Credit card using PayPal - 56 days prior to holiday start date.

 

2. International bank transfer - 56 days prior to holiday start date.

 

3. Cash on arrival at the property.

 

We cannot accept cheques for the balance payment.

Rental Contract.

HOLIDAY RENTAL CONTRACT

This contract applies to all holiday rentals at Campagnac Villa and Cottage le Capiol.

AGREEMENT

The Guest agrees with the Owner -

To take care of the fixtures and fittings, equipment etc. provided and to pay for any items damaged or broken.

To use the premises as a private holiday residence for up to the number of persons permitted only.

Not to do anything which may be a nuisance or annoyance or cause of damage to any neighbouring property.

To leave the accommodation and the furniture clean and tidy on departure.

 

BREAKAGE DEPOSIT

The guest will pay a damage deposit which is fully refundable, less any sum which may be due to the Owners from the Guest as a result of any damage or breakages. The liability of the Guest is for the whole amount of any damage or breakage and is not limited to the amount paid as a damage deposit.

 

RENTAL PAYMENT

In order to confirm your booking a deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is required.

If the balance payment is not received by the due date then we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you.

 

CANCELLATION BY YOU

In the event of cancellation by you then the following charges become applicable:

At any time up to 56 days before holiday start    =  25% of the rental price.

56 days or less before holiday start                     = 100% of the rental price.

 

CANCELLATION BY US

It is extremely unlikely that we will have to make any changes to our property rental. However, occasionally we may have to make changes and reserve the right to do so at any time.

Most of these changes would be minor and we will advise you of them as soon as they may be applicable.

If  we are forced to cancel the property rental because of force majeur or for any reason that makes the property unfit for rental, you will have the choice of either allowing us to try to locate a suitable alternative property on your behalf or of cancelling the booking and accepting a full refund of all monies paid to us.

Please note that we are not liable for any consequential loss or incidental expenditure resulting from the cancellation of your holiday.

 

INSURANCE

It is the responsibility of the Guests to ensure that their personal possessions are insured. We cannot accept any liability for theft of, loss of or damage to personal possessions.

We recommend that guests arrange adequate travel insurance in case of cancellation.

 

LOCATION MAP & DIRECTIONS + KEY COLLECTION

A Location Map & Directions with Key Collection instructions will be sent before the start of your holiday.

 

ARRIVAL

This is from 16.00 on the arrival day booked. We may be a little flexible on this, provided that there are no departures from the night prior. Please check with us within a few days of your arrival date and when possible we will be happy to oblige.

 

DEPARTURE

This is by 10.00 on the departure day booked. We can be a little flexible on this, provided that there are no imminent new arrivals. Please check with us and when possible we will be happy to oblige.

 

YOUR CONTRACT

A binding contract comes into existence when your deposit is received and your booking is confirmed.
